UB La Palma won by 30 in Lleida

UB La Palma did not fail in their visit to Lleida (59-89) and took a victory that brings them closer to salvation. Carlos Frade's team took advantage of their rival's weakness to leave after the break, especially with a superb performance by Sebas Arrocha (24 points, two rebounds, two assists and a PIR of 21). The meeting began as if it were a personal duel between Juan Palacios and Mildon Ambres. The game began between the two. The North American responded to the Colombian's first four points with seven. The Catalan partial of 14-0 was signed by Mohammed with the second local triple and a dunk again from Ambres (4-14). The island's reaction was immediate after four substitutions by Carlos Frade and with a partial score of 0- 10. UB La Palma tied just before the end of the first half, thanks to the good actions of Dinma Odiakosa and Juan Palacios. The second quarter began very evenly and with little success.

Only from the halfway point of this period, both teams seemed to wake up. A triple from the local Rubio was answered by Óscar Alvarado. Then a technique on the blue Curtis allowed the palmeros to open a six-point inside game (21-27 , 17'). This advantage was expanded thanks to a superb Sebas Arrocha, who pulled out all the stops to score a Phone Number List  new triple and then culminate an individual action. This advantage was extended until the 21st four minutes later (41-62), thanks to the success of UB La Palma's outside play, with Román Martínez who relieved Sebas Arrocha in these tasks.


In the final stretch of this third quarter, Lleida reacted timidly and closed the gap to 46-62 after 30 minutes. The start of the last act was a walk for the palmeros, who as soon as it started were back within 19 points thanks to two consecutive triples by Joaquín Bonhome (49-68). Then there was a new local attempt, but Sebas Arrocha put things in place with a 2+1 action that returned the 20 points lead to the islanders (55-75, 35') . Far from relaxing, Carlos Frade's men put pressure all over the court to not give the Catalan hope any options. With Lleida already committed to a much superior UB La Palma, the visitors gradually expanded their advantage to a new maximum of 32 points (57 -89, minute 39). The last basket by the local Pérez served to round off the visitor's beating.
