The so-called methods are both deterministic and probabilistic based on cross-device tracking. This model is only available to selected advertisers, such as airlines, who can identify users based on data specific to that industry: terminal, destination, booking time, etc. This method, while not as accurate as deterministic, does not require a platform to have its own data.
