Mr. Wirot Amrapal, Governor of the State rcs data brazil Railway of Thailand (SRT), revealed that the SRT's legal team is currently drafting a lawsuit to be submitted to the Central Administrative Court to fight the Khao Kradong land dispute, which will be a new lawsuit.
The State Railway of Thailand will request the revocation of the administrative order that the State Railway of Thailand considers to be incorrect from the investigation committee under Section 61 of the Land Code, which unanimously resolved not to revoke or amend the land title deed in the Khao Kradong area. The State Railway of Thailand expects to file the lawsuit within March.
The news report stated that on November 25, 2024, the Land Department released information clarifying the consideration of the investigation results of the investigation committee under Section 61, in accordance with the judgment of the Court of Justice, the Central Administrative Court, and all relevant laws.
In addition, the Land Department explained that the process of hearing the evidence of the investigation committee was carried out with care and fairness to all parties, by listening to both evidence that appeared in the trial of the Court of Justice, evidence of the State Railway of Thailand, and evidence that the investigation committee sought to support its consideration.
