E-commerce for womenAn extremely differentiated product and a pink website are not enough. Here are some basic tips for e-commerce with a focus on women’s purchasing power!

1)      Find a difference in your product and transform brand Phone Number List experience into buzz marketing – As obvious as it may seem, word of mouth advertising is the soul of e-commerce for women . Transforming their experience with the product into a testimonial, tweet or post is already half the battle to increase visitors to your e-commerce, and consequently increase conversions. At this moment it is important that the testimonials and experiences are true, and not a “jabá” as happens with most blogs. Set an appropriate budget to generate brand experience with potential consumers, and let them bring the answers to a considerable increase in sales.

2)      Define the form of direct communication with your consumer – Establish a greater and less “retail” connection, through more explanatory texts about products, promotions and launches that are not displayed in such an obvious way. Consumers are won over by information and elegant aesthetics on most of the sites they buy from. Another factor is how many clicks it takes for the consumer to get to the product they want. Women buy a lot on impulse, and if they have to look too much until they find what they want, they end up losing their incentive. Therefore, working well with the brand's CRM is a fundamental factor in being more assertive when it comes to building loyalty and obtaining an increase in the number of conversions.

3)      E-commerce is E-commerce! – Do not include blogs, clippings or too much institutional information in your e-commerce. This tip is general, not just for the female niche. Link to these channels, but don't mix up the stations! This confusion ends up focusing the consumer's attention on the brand and not on the product.

For those of you who develop digital strategies for Retail, it is important to know that once conquered, consumers tend to be loyal to brands. It is interesting to include products that “she might be interested in” linked to the customer’s profile, when she logs into the store. In this way, incredible as it may seem, the consumer feels “emotionally” connected to the moment of purchase, and the chances of this generating more conversions are high.

In addition to everything I mentioned, it is clear: punctual and fast delivery time, packaging, cleaning and care with the delivery of orders is paramount. Women really care about all these issues.
