When conceived and executed correctly, this customer-friendly flywheel creates both sustainability and change. How has Ascent Korea's marketing flywheel, which started with the 3F strategy of 2021, been advanced? Ascent Korea’s flywheel strategy Our initial 3F strategy is Friend – Facilitate – Fandomize . As mentioned above, the flywheel is the definition of how our company's actions and efforts create a state of mind for our customers.

Listening Mind’s 6-step flywheel (2024) Inform(get informed) / Information : Customers gain valuable knowledge and answers to their questions through various organic contents both online and offline. Recognize / Awareness : The number of potential customers who have their questions answered and have a new perspective on intent marketing increases.



Temperature is raised with relevant customer experience through customized content that can participate by segment based on potential customer industry/job. Trust / Trust : As trust and loyalty to the Listening Mind brand and service increase, the number of customer companies and activists increases. Belong / Sense of belonging : Based on success stories through Listening Mind, the number of participating contents increases and people feel a sense of belonging by working as part of the Lima community. Evolve / Evolution : As the community becomes active, it evolves into a platform, creating new opportunities and values ​​using the listening mind. What's important to remember when defining a flywheel is that each component should be an inevitable consequence of the previous step, not just the next action step on the list . In fact, the small successes we had previously experienced with the 3F flywheel were naturally connected, and surprisingly, we were able to upgrade the flywheel in a short period of time.
